This year-round house was custom built, using quality materials throughout.
The main floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen,
two bedrooms and full bath.
Also on the main floor there is a great sunroom which has large windows on three sides, allowing for fabulous views of the lake.
The custom-built kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets, a built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge and counter-top stove. The breakfast counter and dining area open to a living room with 28-foot ceilings.
With windows everywhere in this house, the view is breathtaking no matter what room you are in or what the season!
The living room features a stone fireplace that has been fitted with a new propane insert for efficiency.
Upstairs in the master bedroom loft, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the bed or the bath, thanks to the glass balusters on the railings. You will be certain to enjoy the view while relaxing in the master bathroom's claw-foot bathtub. There is also a glass-block shower, made from block retrieved from historic St. Dunstan's Catholic School in Fredericton, which was a well-known landmark. Off this bathroom there is a large closet that also holds the washer and dryer. The ceilings in the loft and living area are made of tongue and groove pine and bring nature inside.
French doors off the dining area lead out to the almost 1,000 square foot deck that sits between the home and the beach.
